CIARA
Office Coordinator
Florida-born and raised, Ciara relocated to Colorado in October 2025 and brings more than ten years of experience in dentistry to our team. Her passion for patient care shines through in everything she does whether she’s helping someone feel comfortable during their visit or guiding them through their treatment plan with clarity and compassion.
Outside the office, Ciara loves exploring her new home state with her high-school sweetheart, whom she’s been with since 2014, and their two husky pups who are absolutely loving the Colorado weather. She enjoys being outdoors, discovering new trails, and taking in everything Colorado has to offer.
JENNIFER
In addition to my role in the dental world, I’m also a licensed real estate agent. Helping people navigate the home buying and selling process is a passion of mine.
I am happy to be a new member of the SMYLE Dental Design team.
EARTHA
Hello! My name is Eartha, and I have worked in dentistry for 16 years as a Dental Assistant and EDDA. My passion for dentistry began at a young age. Growing up, my dad always emphasized the importance of good oral hygiene, and my mom worked as a dental assistant in her late teens, which inspired me to follow a similar path.
One of the things I enjoy most about my career is meeting new people and helping patients feel comfortable, especially those who experience dental anxiety. It is incredibly rewarding to help patients build confidence in their smiles while creating a positive dental experience.
Outside of work, I am the proud mother of four amazing children, two boys and two girls. I love cheering them on at their sporting events, spending quality time together, traveling as a family, and enjoying movie nights at home.

SOPHIA
Sophia is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from Concorde Career College. She is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care and helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their dental visits. She believes that education and prevention are the foundation of excellent oral health and strives to create a positive experience for every patient.
As a military brat, Sophia spent much of her childhood living overseas, giving her the opportunity to experience different cultures and perspectives from an early age. She is also bilingual in Japanese, which allows her to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of the office, Sophia enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and experiencing new cultures. She loves building meaningful connections with her patients and looks forward to helping each person achieve a healthy, confident smile.
KHADIJA
Originally from Queens, New York, I moved to Colorado with my family when I was nine years old and have proudly called it home ever since. I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from the Community College of Denver and am currently continuing my education to complete my bachelor’s degree. Through my education and clinical experience, I discovered just how rewarding it is to combine patient education, prevention, and compassionate care.
My passion for dentistry is deeply personal. Watching my mother lose all of her teeth at the age of 55 showed me how profoundly oral health can affect a person’s confidence, comfort, and overall well-being. That experience inspired me to pursue a career where I could educate patients, prevent dental disease, and help others maintain healthy smiles for life. I believe every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and comfortable, and I strive to create a positive experience at every visit.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, trying new restaurants, and searching for the perfect matcha. I also love watching movies, traveling, and exploring new places around Colorado and beyond. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve a healthy, confident smile.

A Dental Practice Built For Everyone
Our History
The story of SMYLE Dental Design is rooted in a legacy of family care. Dr. Paul Miyamoto began his dental career in Aurora in 1971 and opened his own practice in 1974. For more than 40 years, he cared for generations of patients and built lifelong connections. In 2017, his daughter, Dr. Kim Miyamoto, joined the practice and continued that tradition with the same dedication and compassion.
